Good morning teacher and classmates, today we are going to

present a project.
Xio: Hi, I'm Xiomara.
Soe: Hi, I'm Soe. I want to rent an apartment.
Xio: Well, I have two apartments, one in La Molina and one
in San Miguel.
Soe: How about the apartment in San Miguel?
Xio: It's medium, there are two bedrooms, there is a
bathroom, there is a kitchen, there is a dining room and there
is a living room.
Soe: What are the bedrooms like?
Xio: One of the bedrooms has white walls, a cream bed near
a big window. Next to the bed is a small table with a lamp.
Also, there is a white armchair.
Soe: Woah, interesting, What are the other bedroom like?
Xio: It's a little small.
Soe: And, the apartment in La Molina, how many bedrooms
does it have?
Xio: It's smaller. There is one bedroom, there is a bathroom,
there is a dining room and there is a kitchen.
Soe: What is the dining room like?
Xio: There is a table and 4 very old chairs, but we can still
use them.
Soe: In the kitchen, is there a refrigerator?
Xio: Yes, there is.
Soe: In the bathroom, is the sink old?
Xio: No, it is very new.
Soe: What color is the bedroom?
Xio: The bedroom has orange walls.
Soe: Okay, I don't like that.
Xio: But, you can paint it.
Soe: How much does the apartment in La Molina?
Xio: It's $100 per month.
Soe: And How much does the apartment in San Miguel?
Xio: $550 per month.
Soe: Okay, I want the apartment in San Miguel.
Xio: Well, the apartment is yours.
