Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Sales Development


Representative to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for generating new
business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential leads in the IT and custom
software development space. Your role is pivotal in the prospecting process and the growth
of our company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and prospect new potential clients through various methods (networking, cold
calling, email campaigns, etc.)
2. Preliminary needs assessments and qualifications of potential customers in the initial
discovery process.
3. Schedule meetings and demos for sales executives with qualified prospects.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM.
5. Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets and goals.
6. Develop strong understanding of our service offerings, along with our competitor
landscape.
7. Foster and nurture leads that are not currently ready to purchase, maintaining
relationships until they are ready to engage with our sales team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.


2. Proven experience in an SDR role, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
3. High energy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
5. Proficient with CRM software
6. A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales
development.
7. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
8. Previous proven phone selling experience with positive results
