Prices in Swiss Francs (CHF) per room per night in-
cluding buffet breakfast or half board, service, tax-

Reservation terms and conditions
Your room reservation will be confirmed in writing
by post and will become binding keep receipt of
confirmation unless you inform us within 48 hours
that there are changes in terms of the travel dates,
room category or type of package or that you wish
to cancel the reservation. Last-minute bookings will
be confirmed by e-mail and must be guaranteed
with a valid credit card.
Cancellation costs
In case you have to cancel your reservation, a pro-
cessing fee of CHF 20.– per person will apply. For
room reservations of 5 nights and more, cancelled
within 5 days before arrival, the cancellation fee
amounts to 3 nights of the booked room rate. For
room reservation up to 4 nights, cancelled within 2
days before arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to
1 night of the booked room rate, unless the room
can be rented out to someone else. This fee also
applies in the case of early departure. We recom-
mend you to take our cancellation protection.
Cancellation protection
You can get a cancellation protection when booking
(or at the latest 7 days afterwards) at a cost of CHF
20.– per adult. This protection covers cancellation
costs in the event that you have to cancel your res-
ervation as a result of death, illness or accident in-
volving you or a close relative. We shall charge the
amount of CHF 20.– to your hotel invoice. If you are
unable to travel, we shall send you the invoice by
post or charge the amount to your credit card.
Please note that this cancellation protection does
not constitute as an insurance policy. It only covers
the cancellation costs at Hotel Artos incurred as a
result of the late cancellation of a reservation. It does
not cover any claims for costs by third parties as a
result of the cancellation.
Travelling by car
Leave the A8 motorway at Exit 26 for Interlaken Ost.
Turn right at the first roundabout and keep straight
on at the second roundabout. Take the first left turn
onto Freiestrasse and then the first right onto
­Alpenstrasse (look for brown hotel signs).
Travelling by railway
Take the train to Interlaken West or East. Then take
the local bus no. 102 to the “Zentrum Artos” stop.
From Interlaken Ost train station, it is a 15-minute
walk to Hotel Artos.

The Hotel Artos is part of the Artos Centre, which

also includes a care centre and a residential estate.

in Switzerland and is classified as a 3* Superior h
