I, Adv. Himani Kavi, Aged about 25 Years, Occupation:- Advocate,

1) I state that, I am Practicing Advocate at Nagpur. I am

well conversant with the facts and circumstances of the present case
and competent and authorized to swear this affidavit. I further state
that, I also have a daily access to the records of my phone, laptop
and in the ordinary course of business.

2) I state that, I am filing the present Certificate under

section 65-B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 in respect of the
electronic evidence produced by me before this Hon’ble Authority
in the present case.
3) I state that, I am lawful owner of my mobile handset. I

dated................. I state that, the Whats App Messages and SMS’s
reflected in Screenshots filed on record have been received from

5) I state that, I have taken Screenshots of aforesaid Whats

App Messages dated.........., Screenshots of SMS’s
dated.................from my aforesaid described mobile handset. I State
that, my aforesaid described mobile handset is regularly used by me
from the date of its purchase till today.

6) I state that the Screenshot of Whats App Messages

dated.........., Screenshots of SMS’s dated................were printed
from (Details of Printer namely Model No. Type of Printer,
Name of Company of Printer). I state that, the said Printer had
facility of Printout via Wi-fi.

7) I State that, the contents of hardcopies of Screenshot of

What’s App Messages dated.........., Screenshots of SMS’s
dated................filed on record by me before this Hon’ble Authority
are same, identical, true and correct copy of reproduction of
aforesaid electronic record which was fed and transmitted in
aforesaid described mobile handset in the ordinary course of
activities. I state my aforesaid described mobile handset is source of
taking of Screenshots of aforesaid Whats App Messages

8) I State that, the aforesaid described Mobile Handset

containing the aforesaid electronic record are regularly used by me.
I state that, I have full access, lawful control at all times over the
use of my aforesaid described Mobile Handset and all the electronic
record stored in. I State that, my aforesaid described Mobile
Handset was and is in my lawful possession, authority and custody
from the date of its purchase till today. (To mention about
Printer).

9) I state that, at all times my aforesaid described mobile

handset was operated and utilized by me properly from the date of
its purchase till today. I state that, at all times my aforesaid
described mobile handset was and is in sound and perfect condition
from the date of its purchase till today.

10) I state that, there was and is no distortion in the accuracy

of the contents of the of hardcopies of Screenshot of What’s App
Messages dated.........., Screenshots of SMS’s dated................filed
on record by me before this Hon’ble Authority.
11) I state that, the screenshots referred to hereinabove
have not been tampered in any manner whatsoever and is the
authentic output of my aforesaid described mobile handset and
printer described hereinabove.

12) I state that, the aforesaid electronic record produced by

me before this Hon’ble Authority from the aforesaid described
Mobile Handset is an exact replica of Electronic record stored and
saved in the aforesaid described Mobile Handset.

13) I state that, the contents of the aforesaid electronic

record filed by me before this Hon’ble Authority are true, correct to
the best of my knowledge and belief. I state that, no part of
aforesaid certificate is false and no material has been concealed
there from.

regularly used by me from the date of its purchase till today.

7) I state that, the aforesaid 10 videos were sent, copied,

saved and stored from my aforesaid descried mobile handset in hard
disk..........of my laptop with help of Bluetooth of both devices. I
state that, the said videos were copied by me from hard disk......of
aforesaid described Laptop and same are pasted and saved in Pen
Drive of ..........GB of..............Company of Black and Red Colour. I
state that, the said Pen Drive containing aforesaid 10 videos is filed
on record by me before this Hon’ble Authority.

8) I state that, my aforesaid described Laptop is regularly

used by me from the date of its purchase till today.

9) I State that, the contents of aforesaid 10 videos filed on

record by me before this Hon’ble Authority are same, identical, true
and correct copy of reproduction of aforesaid electronic record
which was fed and transmitted in aforesaid described mobile
handset and Laptop in the ordinary course of activities. I state that,
my aforesaid described mobile handset is source of taking of
aforesaid videos.
10) I State that, the aforesaid described Mobile Handset and
Laptop containing the aforesaid electronic record are regularly used
by me. I state that, I have full access, lawful control at all times
over the use of my aforesaid described Mobile Handset, Laptop and
all the electronic record stored in. I state that, my aforesaid
described Mobile Handset and Laptop was and is in my lawful
possession, authority and custody from the date of its purchase till
today.

11) I state that, at all times my aforesaid described mobile

handset and Laptop were operated and utilized by me properly from
the date of its purchase till today. I state that, at all times my
aforesaid described mobile handset and Laptop were and are in
sound and perfect condition from the date of its purchase till today.

me before this Hon’ble Authority.

13) I state that, the videos filed on record by me before this

Hon’ble Authority and referred to hereinabove have not been
tampered in any manner whatsoever and is the authentic output of
my aforesaid described devices hereinabove.

14) I state that, the aforesaid electronic record produced by

me before this Hon’ble Authority from the aforesaid described
Mobile Handset and Laptop is an exact replica of Electronic record
stored and saved in the aforesaid described Mobile Handset &
Laptop.
15) I state that, the contents of the aforesaid electronic
record filed by me before this Hon’ble Authority are true, correct to
the best of my knowledge and belief. I state that, no part of
