information so contained is derived was regularly fed into the
computer in the ordinary course of my correspondences.
05. I state that throughout the material part of the said period the
computer was operating properly without affecting the contents
of the electronic record or its accuracy or its contents.
06. I state that the information contained in the electronic record is
derived from such information fed into the computer in the
ordinary course.
