2. fold over all tabs toward the inside (side not printed)
3. fold on the 5 fold lines (to the inside) to make a cube
4. glue or tape side tabs labeled "A" to each other

witch’s nose

Here are the pieces for


the witch’s 3D nose, hat
and broom. Have fun!

The Rest of the Directions:


14. cut out the witch’s green nose, 2 hat pieces and broom
15. Hat – fold over the 2 pink tabs toward the
inside (side not printed)
16. fold on the 5 fold lines to make pyramid shape
(the half umbrella-looking shape), then glue or
tape the pink side behind the first purple triangle
to finish the pyramid shape hat
17. Nose – glue or tape the square pink tabs on the pyramid to
the yellow square tabs in the circle
18. glue or tape tabs with the dots on the witch’s nose to top of witch’s hat
the dots on her face base for witch’s hat
19. Broom – glue or tape the star on the broom to the star under the body
20. glue or tape the finished hat onto the witches head
Voila! You have created your own Witch Buddy!
