1- The purpose of this reporting is to make a record of a sad case that happened on January
27th, 2023.

2- On this date, a 911 call reparted a muder in a gas station of the Romana-San Pedro road.
The incident was reported by Adrian Reyes.

3- When we arrived at the scene, we saw a red car parked and decided to approach it.
Inside there was a dead woman, with a blow to the head, her polo shirt was torn and she
was not wearing pants and there was no one suspicious in the area.

4- The next day, we said we would return to check the recording cameras and we could see
what happened. What happened that afternoon was that a man (recognized as “Alejandro”)
raped the girl (recognized as “Ashly”) and she tried to escape from him but in her attempt he
killed her with a knife.
