- Excluding cover whilst the Motor Vehicle is being driven by any person under 18 years of age for new policy
and renewals issued on 26/08/2018. Otherwise, the driver of the vehicle is less than 21 years old for new
policy and renewals issued prior to the date of 26/08/2018
- Excluding use as a tool of trade.
- Warranted that all drivers be duly licensed.
- Every claim must be accompanied by a police report.
- Excluding Aviation Liability.
- Excluding Airside Liability.
- Excluding cover whilst the vehicle is being driven by any driver who is not licensed to drive such vehicle .
- Excluding cover whilst the vehicle is used for the purpose not legally meant for .

Limits of Liability :-
- Third Party Liability Limit in respect of Death and/or Bodily Injury and Property Damage per any one
occurrence shall not exceed SR.10,000,000.
