Ethical Dilemmas:

1. Data Management & Privacy

 Ethical dilemmas surrounding data management and privacy in computing are abundant and
complex. Here are some significant circumstances can frequently lead to ethical problems:

- Data Collection & Usage

o Data collection has created additional ethical issues for computer science
professionals. Many companies use digital consumer data to help make
decisions and it is paramount that this data be collected in an ethical manner.

- Data Security
o Companies storing vast amounts of sensitive data face the ethical responsibility
to secure it adequately. Data breaches can lead to severe consequences for
individuals whose information gets exposed.

2. Artificial Intelligence (A.I)

 Artificial Intelligence (AI) represents a remarkable leap forward in technological innovation,
However, amidst these advancements, AI also introduces a spectrum of challenges and
ethical dilemmas that warrant careful consideration. Here are a few examples of those
challenges:

- Algorithmic bias
o Algorithms are only as smart as the data we train them on. The results of an
algorithm that was taught on datasets that were racially, gender, or
socioeconomically biased will reinforce the systemic bias present in those
datasets.

- AI Generation
o AI generation refers to the process by which artificial intelligence models to
create human-like content such as text, images, or other media.
