Participants will adopt the role of business managers in a firm and play in teams of four members cach in the firm. They will enjoy the experience of producing goods, finding customers and generating revenue. They will learn effective business practices in the company of other team members. ® ® They will savour the thrill of competition when other teams make similar or better products and offers in the market. The team will get a variety of business data to understand their current management status and to plan their next course of actions. ‘The exposure to business themes in the game makes participants aware of their skills and weaknesses. ‘The game will help them understand business management far faster than other conventional learning experiences. It is ideal for those without a formal qualification in management; however, it is also a safe platform for management graduates to apply their understanding of business problems in a practical context. ‘The game is a competition between the ten teams. At the end of the game, the members of the top two teams will get Certificates of Merit while all others will get Certificates of Participation. The certificates will be released at the end of the day. To induce participation and recognise superior efforts, the top team members will get attractive cash prizes. ‘The game is open to all academician, re: or institutions and research departments. ‘The participation is for individuals from various colleges. However, participants registered after that date may get the documents and guidelines only on the day of the game. Registered participants will get lunch, other refreshments and stationary at the game venue. They need to bring only electronic calculators to the venue.
