MURDER ON THE BEACH

PART 1

-Hello everyone, my name is Carlota and today im here to explain this book called “muerder on
the beach” from boorlington books

-I am very excited to explain this book to you and that you can enjoy a lot. I have read the book
some weeks ago and I just wanted to give my thoughts.

-This book was written by Philip Drury, about which I have not been able to find information.

-Year of its publication its 2007.

-This book has also been adapted in many languages, such as Spanish, Catalan, Galician and
Basque.

-First of all im going to introduce de personatges and the main caracters.

 Linda Stevenson: She is the main character of this book and she is only 16 years old.
Her story tells how she recently moved to Cornwall, located in the city of London,
England. He is the person who sees the corpse at the beginning of the book and who
triggers the entire plot.

 Mark: He is the co-protagonist of the story. A boy described as having an attractive

physique who is the same age as Linda. They both meet by accident and form a new
friendship as a result of this encounter and he is the one who helps Linda in her
investigation to discover the murderer.

 Florence: The girl whose body was found on the beach by the protagonist. Her hair
was full of reddish brown curls. His death was caused by his sister Julia.

 Julia: She is Florence's sister and the murderer behind the mystery of the body found
in the middle of the beach. According to Linda, she did this because she needed money
to start her career again and her sister didn't want to give it to her.

 Police officer: One of the local police officers and the person they go to after
discovering that Julia is the murderer of the person Linda had seen dead on the beach.

 Mr. Hilming: He is a lawyer and the father of Mark, Linda's new friend.

 Edward y Cindy: Cindy was introduced as the person in charge of casting and Edward
Caravaggio as the director of the new movie Julia was filming. They both helped Julia
commit the murder of her sister.
