STAY HEALTHY

To stay healthy people should do sport, have a good nutrition, go outside, sleep 8
hours. People should stop eating junk food and sedentary life. To live a healthy life we
should have for breakfast toasts or fruit with milk or juice. Having a healthy diet means
eating protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, fruit, minerals…you can watch tv but not too
much because if you see it that much you are having sedentary life. Lack of sleep can
cause illness and health problems, because your body have to rest, that’s why you
have to sleep 8 hours a day.is better climbing stairs than using the lift, because you’re
doing some workout. To live a healthy life you have to do gymnastics because it helps
to don’t have a risky weight and prevent health problems. After classes I went to train
to run or do workouts 4 days a week and when the ski season starts I go skiing 3 days a
week during six hours and I train 2 days. After virtual classes I do 1 hour of workouts
and I go running some days. My family follows a healthy lifestyle, they do sport and
have a healthy diet. I would like to don’t eat junk food. The water is important because
have minerals that are very important in a diet homemade food is better because fast
food has more fats. We cant skip meals because you need to eat five times in a day if
you want to stay healthy you have to be nourished if not you can have headaches
