Dolphin show

Right, this is a story about a day I will never forget. This took place about five
years ago.
One day my family and I went to the pastry shop in Dolphinarium. While we
were eating, we were fascinated with the dolphins. Soon we approached the
dolphins. There were three adult and two little dolphins. They were diving and
chasing each other.
We saw that there would be a dolphin show at 3 p.m. and bought tickets. To
begin with we entered a big hall with a pool in the middle. The show began and
the trainers introduced the dolphins with their names. Then we heard music
and the dolphins started dancing in rhythm. At first they played rock and roll,
then waltz. I felt astounded. When the music stopped, the public admired the
dolphins with loud applause.
Thereafter the trainers hold a lath and the dolphins started jumping over it. The
lath was taken higher and higher. I was amazed by the dolphins’ breathtaking
leaps. The last jump reached 5 metres.
Then the trainers asked the public for a brave child who would be put on a boat
in the middle of the pool with the dolphins. I wanted to participate but other
children wanted too. Luckily, I was chosen and was put on the boat. Out of the
blue, someone threw a ball towards me. I thought the ball would hit me and I
found myself in the water. I panicked because I didn’t know how to swim.
Fortunately, the dolphins started pushing me to the corner of the pool. One of
the trainers gave me a stick and I gripped it. In this way I got out of the pool.
My parents heaved a sigh of relief.
Without a doubt it was a memorable day. I understood that some animals are
smart and can save us in unexpected situations. Many of us have seen wild
animals on the TV but when you sее them alive it’s much more exciting!
