Las preguntas 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14 son preguntas de SI/NO que apenas permiten el desarrollo de la respuesta por parte de la persona entrevistada. Modifícalas. Ejemplo: When did you have your first electronic device? Which one was?
Es conveniente no poner subrayados en un trabajo de forma general, pues me impide señalar y destacar aquello que corrijo.
