OUR STORY 故事
Fukura-men is the development of Fuku Noodle Bar that was found in 2021
by Andy Garcia. Fukura-men is an Japanese-inspired food bar that focuses
on delivering an experience to its customers by transporting them into a
different place once they enter our restaurant.

Started with only 6 individual pods seating, the idea is to bring a Japanese
ramen dining experience to Indonesia. Now due to many requests, Fuku-
ra-men is ready to expand its wings, bringing the experience across Indo-
nesia with you.

Fukura-men believe that good foods, unique eating experience and hearty
drinks will attract people to try us out and come back as a regular.

Fukura in Japanese means Good Fortune & Blessings.
Fukura combined with -men (people) into Fukura-men to include
the word ‘ramen’ which is our hero product

ANDY GARCIA (co-founder)

Andy Garcia is a digital content creator, focusing on Food, Cooking &

Combining his bachelor on film production set of skill with his passion
in cooking and F&B industry, Andy makes cooking, food reviews and
travel hacks videos across digital platforms. In Fukura-men, Andy focus-
es on the R&D and menu development part. In fact, our bestselling Fuku
Mazesoba is his own hand creation!

KYRA NAYDA (co-founder)

Kyra Nayda is a digital content creator, focusing on Beauty, Fashion, Life-

With years of experiences and extended connections in social media in-
