    Please bring this letter while coming. Not to be transferred. Please follow the enclosed instructions as
    per para 1a of joint addt curriculum issued by Ministry of Defence Govt of India.

     Please reach the Battalion headquarters before 17:00 hrs and hand over the issued letter.
     If anyone is recommended to attend the function whoever it is should bring ID proof and should
    verify the details. He should fill up the TDA form and it have to be attested by JCO in charge.
     Refer para 1b of joint addt published by Regiment headquarters.
