    1. Learned counsel for the University has come up with certain


    written instructions, on the basis whereof, the argument is that
    mandamus as sought cannot be granted. Reliance has been
    placed upon certain guidelines.

    2. Let a counter affidavit be filed by the respondents within


    three weeks annexing therewith all the relevant guidelines and
    disclosing all the reasons.

    3. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week


    thereafter.

    4. Put up this case as fresh on 08.11.2023.
