1. The Deputy Director of Education, Varanasi having charge

of District Inspector of School is present before the Court
today and submits that as far as benefit of three notional
increments to the petitioner is concerned, he will be passing
final orders in the matter within the next 48 hours.

2. List this case on 22.03.2024 by which date compliance

affidavit shall be filed by the officer present in the Court and
in the event compliance affidavit is filed the officer concerned
will not be required to be present before the Court.

3. Until further order of the Court, the personal appearance

of the officer concerned is exempted in view of the order
passed above.
