“1. Counsel for the petitioners is directed to place on
record the copy of the insurance policy based whereof,
the High Court has confined the relief in the instant case
to Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only) on the
observation that no additional premium was paid for the
owner’s risk.
2. Needful shall be done within four weeks.
3. List the matter on 11.03.2024.”

It is submitted that pursuant to the order above mentioned no documents have

been filed from the last date of listing of the matter so far.
