The matter above mentioned alongwith main and other

connected was listed before the Hon’ble Court on 19th January,
2024, when the Hon’ble Court was pleased to pass the following
order :-
““List the Petitions on 29 January 2024.”

It is submitted that there are five respondents.

It is further Mr. Sabarish Subramanian, Advocate has on
03.02.2024 filed Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent no.
1 and 2. Counter Affidavit has already filed by erstwhile
advocate and copy of the same is placed with SLP paperbooks for
kind perusal of the Hon’ble Court. Respondent no. 3 is
represented by Mr. R. Nedumaran, Advocate but has not filed
Counter Affidavit so far.
It is further submitted that Mr. K.V. Vijaykumar erstwhile
advocate for Respondent no. 1 and 2 has on 29.03.2019 filed a
Joint counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent no. 1,2 and 4
but has not filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent no. 4.
The counter affidavit was taken off the record vide Ld.
Registrar’s Court order dated 12.12.2019 in respect of
Respondent No. 4. Mr. Raj Bahadur Yadav, Advocate has on
17.01.2024 filed Vakaltnama on behalf of respondent no. 4.
It is further submitted that Ms. Mayuri Raghuvanshi,
Advocate for Respondent no. 5 has on 30.09.2020 filed Counter
Affidavit and the copy of the same is placed with SLP
paperbooks for kind perusal of the Hon’ble Court.
The service of show cause notice is complete.
It is submitted that Mr. Anish R. Shah, Counsel for the
has on 08.12.2023 filed an application for Impleadement
alongwith Vakalatnama to implead the parties as respondents.
The Interlocutory Application has been registered as IA No.
256682 of 2023 and is placed as separte volume placed with SLP
paper-books.
The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed
before the Hon’ble Court with this Office Report.
