EXPLAIN BRIEFLY THE TIME

MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES?

"Time Management" is the planning process to organize and split your time among specific
activities. Good time management allows you to work smarter – not harder – in a less time span,
even when the weather is short and the pressure is high. If your time is not managed your
efficacy and stresses. It includes a range of skills, tools and techniques used to manage time can
assist in time management when performing specific tasks, projects and targets with a due date.

Time management was initially only a reference to business or work, but ultimately, the term
was also extended to include personal activities. A time management system has been designed
to combine processes, instruments, techniques and methods. Time management in any project
management is generally a necessity as it determines the time and size for completing the
project. It is also important to understand that there are differences in time management in terms
of technology and structure due to variations in time concepts.

Techniques of time Management-

SHOULD BE INTENTIONAL:

Having a list of tasks helps you to be aware of what you are working on. It defines exactly what
you need to do – all the tasks outside are secondary – and if your mind is wandering around, a
quick look at the list will remind you of what you should do. And, of course, it allows you to
enjoy one of the unique pleasures of life with your to-do list.

RANK YOUR WORK OR SIMPLY PRIORITISED-

You should prioritize what is most important to you when classifying your duties. Figure out
what high value tasks and activities affect you, your work and your team most positively. The
usefulness of prioritization cannot be overestimated – without it we often concentrate on work
which is urgent, but not so important, simply because a deadline is imminent.

BE DELIGINET, FOCUSED AND AVOID DISTRACTIONS-

Many people are not aware of the various pressures that break down in their days even though
certain distractions are easy to identify. When you identify the source, you can set up controls to
decide when you can allow notices. With the help of a clear communication framework, common
culprits like e-mail, meeting and slack could be effectively managed.

BE STRUCTURED: TIME HINDERS YOUR WORK-

In order to actually deliver what you are set, a structured schedule is essential. It helps to protect
your work space and puts healthy pressure to do it. Time-blocking is one of the best ways to do
this because it keeps one task from overcoming the whole day and prevents the multi-tasks.
