The above-mentioned matters were listed before the Hon’ble Court on 14th December,
2023 with Office report dated 4th December, 2023, when the Court was pleased to pass the
following order :
“List on 19.03.2024.”

It is submitted that Mr. Anuj Bhandari, Advocate has on 18 th March, 2024 filed
vakaltnama/memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 (in SLP (C) No. 15739
of 2019) and on behalf of the Petitioner (in SLP (C) Nos. 7313-7314 of 2020) after taking NOC
from erstwhile Advocate Dr. Harsh Surana.
It is further submitted that in view of Order dated 12 th September, 2023, an amount
of Rs. 55,41,993/- (Rupees Fifty Five Lakh Forty One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety
Three only) has been invested in an FDR for a period of six months bearing maturity date
of 17th April, 2024.

It is further submitted that Mr. Atul B. Dakh, Advocate has on 25 th November, 2023
filed an application for permission to withdraw the amount of Rs. 78,87,849/- as deposited
by the Petitioners with the Registry of this Hon’ble Court in terms of Orders dated 27 th May,
2020 and 12th September, 2023 alongwith Annexures A- 1 to A-3. The application has been
registered as I.A. No. 244832 of 2023 and included with the SLP paperboosks.
Service of notice is complete in both the matters above-mentioned.
The matters alongwith applications in the matters above-mentioned are listed before
the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
