EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Developing digital fitness mobile application that will be able to track running activities by athletes
providing them with data information about their performance only with connecting via lightweight sensor
embedded in the right shoe.

The application will be available for Android and iPhone devices for free. There will be a ton in the app,
including the ability to connect to a number of apps (Garmin Connect, Withings, Sunnto, Samsung Health,
and more), manually log workouts, discover workouts and routines, view regular runs as routes, interact
with friends, live track with your phone, set goals, and dive into the workouts you performed.

BUSINESS PROBLEM

Build and create an application to facilitate accurate tracking of distance and time spent on running and
other cardio activities during wearing comfortable Under Armour shoes with build-in Bluetooth sensor.

ANALYSIS

As they say at Under Armour, the only way is trough. 2022 is a year that demands agility, adaptation, and
an unrelenting focus on changing customer needs. Amid a global pandemic, we prioritize our teammates’
health and safety.

An Under Armour shoes with build-in Bluetooth sensor need an application to connect for providing
accurate and fast data information to athletes.

The idea of wearing comfortable running shoes with a lightweight sensor embedded in the right shoe
which collects data as you run, and transmits it to your phone via Bluetooth will lead to one higher level of
performance. Without this kind of application athletes won’t be able to follow their progress and
performance.

This application will facilitate the time and money spent on other gadgets for tracking performance

Connected fitness not only provide with better information to help make better business decisions and
build better products, but help athletes make better choices in their own personal health and fitness, to
ultimately enrich their lives.

The preferred time to publish this app is within 30 working days.

PROPOSED SOLUTION ONE

This application isn’t intended to replace your running watch or fitness tracker. It’s more like the Garmin
Running Dynamics Pod or Nurvv Run smart insoles, furnishing you with additional data that couldn’t be
collected accurately from your wrist. By linking your shoes to your phone you will get real-time form
coaching tips based on your cadence, pace, and stride.

You will still need a GPS watch to track your route, and for access to your time, distance and speed at a
glance, but the extra data from a smart shoe can make a real difference.

The difference might be down to a different outlook on running – the type of runner who’s invested
enough in their training to be interested in analyzing their form, and having a digital coach which can help
you run faster then the average for all runners.

impact your body and guide you on target ranges and what to strive for.
