Guidelines
1
Introduction
• These guidelines have been designed under the advice from our Medical Advisory
Board, clinical studies, experience of Indiba activ International physio‐ Group ( Spain
and Holland,...) and users feedback.
• All the guidelines are clinically tested with patients and will evolve with new knowledge
and study outcomes.
• They are built to orientate the practitioner and can be adapted to each patient and
their pathology.
• The duration of treatments are average times and can be adjusted, shorter or longer
depending on the patient.
• In Capacitive mode and Resistive mode the given percentage can be increased or
decreased by steps up or down, if the IAS is not reached. This varies per patient
• These guidelines are designed to drive the new users of INDIBA® Animal Health. The
expert users can improve the practice in advanced training.

3 effects
Biostimulation is a non thermal effect in tissue and cells.
The 448 kHz frequency induces an intra tissue biostimulation generating :
– Movements in the extracellular matrix
– Cell Nutrition
– Increase the cell metabolism
Vascularisation adds to the biostimulation:
– Increase the tissue microcirculation and vasodilatation
– Increase the blood flow
– Oxygenate cells and tissue
– Drain the tissue
– Increase further the cell metabolism
Hyperactivation adds to biostimulation and vascularisation:
– Dramatic increase of the cell metabolism
– drainage of toxins
– Modify the tissue’s balance to fight the fibrosis and activate the endogen
mechanisms of cells regeneration.
