TASK #1

Three types of pie charts below provide an information of the average percentages of
several types of nutrients, containing Sodium, Saturated fat, and Added sugar. all which may
granted an unhealthy impact if eaten too much.

Based on those pie charts, the highest amount of nutrients that mostly contain in
majority of american meals that serve for dinner is Sodium and Saturated fat. However, for
breakfast time, all of those nutrients were less consumed by most of the americans.

The first pie chart provides the percentage of Sodium that divide by different periods
of time, for Breakfast and snack time it only contain 14% in average American meals,
followed by lunch time of 29% and dinner for the highest of 43%. The second pie chart
shows the data of Saturated fats that were mostly consumed at the dinner time by 37%
amount of Saturated fats. Finally the sugar chart shows that it contain around 42% for the
highest amount of sugar were mostly consumed while snack time.

Those three types of nutrients may be unhealthy if eaten too much, especially for the
sugar in can give bad impact for the blood circulation.

TASK #2

Peoples were arguing about two perception about having a bad luck that occur to
your life, some of them argue that is better to accept the situation. But others think it is better
to try and improve the situation.

In my opinion when someone have some bad situation that occur to their life they
better try to accept that first then learn what the situation is about, and finally try to fix it by
seeking for an information that can bring some improvement. for example if you have a
problem with shortage of money, the first thing you can do is by looking at yourself, what skill
that you can offer, if you good at art, you can create some digital design and try to sell your
service by promoting your artwork. By that you just opened the source of income. The main
point is there will always be every solution for every problem, you just need to try and do
some improvement.

The improvement that you get by solving your problem can be giving some positive
feedback for your future, it is better to always keep trying to solve it even if you failed
because there will be no regretment. Rather than just accept the faith and killing all chances
that you may can get, even if the chances are small

In conclusion, peoples who believe that it is best to accept a bad situation were
mostly the one who does not have a motivation to wake up and put some effort into finding
the solution.
