    We are writing you this letter with regards to our MCB kiosk.

    This is to formalize our intention to lease the space on a yearly basis


    effective November 1, 2023.

    However, we would like to request for a monthly rental of P20,000 all


    inclusive as this is the most viable rates for us to continue operations long
    term considering all the over head expenses (rental, labor cost, electricity,
    royalty fees among others).

    Also may we request for a 2 month deposit for the said contract.
