We refer to the above matter, our Tenancy Agreement dated (date) and your
letter dated 22/11/10 (We enclosed herein letter dated 22/11/10 for your
easy reference).

We are hereby agreeing and accepting all the terms stated in your letter
dated 22/11/10 EXCEPT paragraph No.3 to the issue of new rental.

We write to request from your respected company to remain the previous

rental which is RM4, 800-00 per month due to the (state reasons). The new
rental is undoubtedly excessive and unjust to impose such amount of rental
upon us whose directly afflicted from such circumstances.

We are looking forward to looking forward to hear the good news and to the
lengthy time cooperation with your company.

As such, your kind consideration and URGENT attention with regards to this
matter is highly appreciated.
