Sir,

We have been engaged by our client Aamina Begum W/O: Parvaiz Ahmad Shah D/O:
Haji Bashir Ahmad Shah R/O: Watergam, Rafiabad, Baramulla, to serve upon you the
instant Legal Notice with the following advisory:

1. That our client named above hereinafter referred to as ‘Client’ is the owner landlord
with a valid title, of a shopping complex at Main Chock watergam, Rafiabad and
the same falls on the western side of main chowk Watergam and facing
towards Watergam Dangiwacha road, hereinafter referred to as ‘Shopping
complex’.

2. That the one shop from the shopping complex hereupon stands demised in favour of
you by our Client through you in terms of the Rent agreement for a period of one year
which already stands over now.

3. That our Client has been confronted with an immediate need and urge to redeem and
recover the possession of the shop in order to meet the personal requirement of her
family, hence the occasion for our Client to serve the instant Notice upon you.

4. That now in terms of the notice in hand you are required to vacate the shop and the
appurtenant land and premises at the earliest or pay an enhanced rent prevalent in the
market, nevertheless you are at liberty to avail the period conferred statutorily.

A fee of Rs 3000/- has been charged for this Notice.

A copy of this notice is being retained at our office for the future reference.
