Greetings from Phinma Properties!

We would like to respectfully request your good office for the Termination of the
ESCROW Agreement of our previous project Hacienda Balai- Sta Rosa located in
5055 ME, Purok 4, Sitio Aratan, Pulong Santa Cruz, Sta. Rosa Laguna.

Our above request is view of the fact that no unit has been sold on the project and the
development of the project “Hacienda Balai- Sta Rosa” did not push through due to a
management decision, and the land where the project is supposed to be located is now
owned by a different owner.

Consequently, we would like to request your good office for the issuance of a letter of
approval and /or advise, address to our ESCROW AGENT (RIZAL COMMERCIAL
BANKING CORPORATION) informing them that the attached escrow agreement can be
terminated and the escrow amount can now be released to the Developer, “Phinma
Property Holdings Corporation”

Attached herewith is the copy of the Escrow Agreement for your perusal.
