Sub Base Course of the Bill of Quantities, was erroneously computed that leads to a very low
amount in our Bid which we believe cannot complete the project as programmed and which
also defeat the purpose of contracting services.

I hope that this event will not be a cause for a disqualification of our firm in the future biddings.
