JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF
TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

both Filipinos, of legal ages, married and residents of _________________,
_________________, Makati, Metro Manila, respectively having been duly
sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

That we both personally know the person of AURORA PASCUAL

BADILLO since her childhood because formerly, we had lived in the same
locality for a long time, and her family has been a close family friend;

That we also know and we hereby declare that the said AURORA
PASCUAL BADILLO was born on November 5, 1953 at 1487 Mendoza
Street, Barangay Kasilawan, Makati, Philippines to JOSE R. PASCUAL and
PRICILLA R. PASCUAL
That we are not related in any way, either by consanguinity or affinity,
to the said AURORA PASCUAL BADILLO;

As such, we execute this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for any other legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.
