TERMS OF REFERENCE

This Terms of Reference will serve as guide by the Consultant for The Terms of Reference shall be
read / interpreted in conjunction with the declared scope of works.

I. SCOPE OF WORKS

A. Preparation of comprehensive Geologic Investigation Report (GIR) and/or

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) (whichever is applicable)
B. Preparation and submission of Initial Environmental Exam Checklist (IEEC) and/or
Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)
C. Securing of Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC)
D. Post EIS Services (if applicable)

II. DURATION OF WORKS

The work must be completed within (to be discussed) working days reckoned from the date
of start indicated on Notice to Proceed.

III. TERMS OF PAYMENT

A. Payment will be divided into three billings

1 Billing 30% Initial down-payment

2 Billing 30% Upon submission of GIR
and IEEC and/or EIA and
EIS
3rd Billing 40% Upon approval of ECC

B. Billing will require submission of separate Statement of Account (SOA).

Note:
Consultant / Designer may include items / scope not declared in the Terms of Reference that
will be subjected to agreement of both parties.
