documents are pre-requirements of the end-user.

❖ Quarry permit and ECC/MPSA from where the raw materials are sourced and Assay
test.
❖ Supply Agreement ( thru MS Mining and Trading) signed by the quarry owner
❖ Stockpile’s recent photos and videos
❖ Site location and details

This letter serves as a letter of intent only, and it is not intended to be or shall not
constitute in any way, legal documents nor impose any legal obligation or duty on either
party, however, if the transaction should be consummate as agreed have the enclosed
copy of this letter signed and sent to MS Mining and Trading.
