    i. State the principle of estimation of plasma glucose by glucose oxidase

    ii. State the fasting normal range by this method?

    iii. What is the normal range in postprandial state?

    iv. State the physiological causes of hyperglycemia & hypoglycemia.

    v. State the pathological causes of hyperglycemia & hypoglycemia.

    vi. What is renal threshold for blood glucose & what do you mean renal
    threshold for blood glucose?

    Q.2. Give urine report of the urine sample containing all abnormal constituents
    of urine. Write interpretation of all the abnormal constituents.

    i. Write down significance of complimentary filter in colorimeter.

    ii. State the use of alkaline picrate solution.

    iii. Give the normal range of serum creatinine. State the condition in which it’s
    level are increased in serum.
    iv. Identify the graph and justify your answer.
