To set a frame of mind that constantly seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions

SPNU Aims and Objectives To help elevate lives, build self-reliance and resilience communities and advanced democracy in Uganda and
beyond.

To promote a win-win solutions approach to improve living conditions for vulnerable, needy and disadvantaged
human beings in Uganda and beyond.

To promote local and international partnership to mobilize the human resource and financial resource needed for
sustainable development focus on the human needs in a time of famine and disasters.

Who we are? Founded in 2016, with a commitment to help elevate lives, build self-reliance and resilience communities in
Uganda. Success Planet Network Uganda is a social enterprise whose mission is to set a frame of mind that
constantly seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions with strong emphasis on the Livelihood programs for in
and out of school youth, Education Sponsorship and social enterprise trainings, Wash and Sanitation, Adolescent
& Sexual Reproductive Health, MHM, Nutrition, Maternal and Infant care program, Advocacy for feeding program
in primary schools, Innovation and Technology in Agro Business, Disaster Management in conflict and famine,
Democracy Monitoring and Peace Building, Gender Equality and Human Rights

Our core values People: Ending poverty, hunger and any form of human suffering where all gender are free to live in their full
potential life in dignity and equality.

Planet: Ending degradation and managing all natural resources, natural disasters, famine and economic crisis
while considering climate change in support of needs for today and future generation.

peaceful, just and inclusive societies which are free from fear and violence.

Partnership: Promoting healthy information sharing to gain access to new resources and funding through
partnership with local and international NGOs, Government and Private sector to meet the basic needs of poorest
and most vulnerable individual and group of people.

Positioning: To welcome all challenges with courage and values even in the face of disappointments in order to
do the right thing, for the right people in a right place and at a right time.

Why we exist? For Refugees, Men, Infants, Women, Elderly people, Youths, Disadvantage and Disability inclusion

Where we work SPNUG’s impact spans in Uganda, building on 10 years of experience in the country. We are one team of over 50
colleagues, the vast majority of whom come from the contexts where we work. Together, we are committed to
effective and efficient stewardship of resources and maximizing positive, lasting impacts

Structure and Governing Board of Governing Board of Trustees (GBT) is responsible for conduct of organization’s general operations. They meet
trustees
regularly at SPNU’s office in Arua, they facilitate audit and budget for programs and successful program
monitoring and evaluations and facilitates impactful feedback. Governance, Administration and financial control
of SPNU are vested in GBT headed by GBT president, CEO, program managers and project officers.
