1. How the child been introduced in the chapter the lost child?
Ans - The lost child chapter child has introduced as a happy and cheerful boy.He is
also very sensitive because whenever his parents refused to buy him something he
did not insist or argue as he felt hurt .He felt his parents ,especially his father, did not
love or care for him much.

2. Why do you like story the lost child?


Ans - The story conveys the message that children love their parents unconditionally.
The lost child thinks of his father as a strict person when he demands toys from him.
.This message of the story makes the reader understand the value of parents in the
life of any child.

3. What does the child learn about the importance of parents at the end of the lesson inThe
Lost Child?
Ans – The child learnt that parents were more important than anything else in this world.
Parents should not be blamed for taking any kind of decision for their children because it is
them who selflessly think for the welfare of their children.

4. How to ensure not to get lost?.


Answer: It is very common that children get lost in fairs and crowds. Hardly a day
passes when no child gets lost. It is the duty of both the parents and the children to
ensure not to get lost. The parents need to be vigilant and more careful at crowded
places. Before entering a crowded place the parents should fix a point where the child
should wait in case of getting lost. They should make the child memories home
address and telephone numbers. They should put or pin up a note on the pocket of
the child with full details. They should attend to the need of the child and never leave
him behind, in case he happens to stand at some shop.
On the other hand the child should hold the hands of his parents at a crowded place.
He should keep an eye on his parents so as not to lose sight of them. In case of any
emergency the help of police, help centers and media can be taken.
