My name is Justin Riccio. I am a junior at the University of Rhode Island, majoring in

Communication Studies. Attached to this application is my cover letter and resume. I am a
massive fan and consumer of UFC and MMA related material. By being an avid watcher and
follower, I can assist in bringing an amazing customer and professional perspective to this
company and ensure that our audience is engaged.

I am originally from Rhode Island, where I have established myself professionally in customer
service for close to four years. While this might define my career so far, this does not define my
personality, ambitions, and goals. I am an eager individual who is fast-paced, thorough, and
quick to learn. I have a personal background in social media, event planning, and leadership. I
am bringing forward a personality that is unmatched in the industry. I am someone who is
willing to go the extra mile and then some, to ensure the quality of my work is beyond expected
standards.

While my proficiency in Microsoft Office might not be as strong as my other characteristics,

traits, and benefits that does not mean it is something that I cannot learn and pick up at an
impeccably fast pace. I do have personal experience with these programs, but professionally I do
not have the expertise that might be recommended to possess for this position. Nonetheless, I am
willing to do what it takes to make sure that my responsibilities are met, goals are exceeded, and
needs are satisfied.

I bring to the table a work ethic that is unheard of these days. While I do focus on my academics
and have been able to maintain a 3.25 GPA this does not define who I am as a person nor a
worker. I have past coursework that can prove my relevance to this position, and it is only
expanding even more each day.
