Tam aware that there have been concems over the years, and I now have some of my own, Please ‘understand that the concems are serious, and should be taken as such. know that Mr. Edwards recently instructed you to cease involvement with any activity at River Valley High School that did not directly include your children as student participants or student athletes. Further, I am aware that unprofessional actions on your part have occurred over the years in regard to students and/or teachers, including but not limited to, inappropriate language, confrontations with students and teachers, as well as other questionable conduct. I have documentation noting that during February of 2011 that you were advised that, when entering the school, you were to “take the role of a spectator and nothing more.” That seme documentation notes that any additional problems with your conduct would place you at risk for “being banned from the campus entirely.” Itis my understanding that each instance of concer was addressed, but there seems to be continual pattem, on your part, in regard to creating concerning situations that require administrative intervention. . need to be perfectly clear in my expectations. Your attendance and presence on our ‘campus shonld-only-be-as-a-parent to-your kids-1 completely understand the role ofa— parent and the support they provide to their kids. Any other presence would be considered trespassing and will be addressed with law enforcement. This does include all extracurricular activities as well. This decision is based on the safety of district students, Tam providing you with a number of conditions that if met will be honored by the district. They include: ¢ You will not be permitted to attend any extra-curricular activity associated with Gallia County Local Schools ‘© You may attend supervised meetings that involve the educational well-being of your children, This does not apply to anyone outside of your own children. In Such meetings you will contact the building administration in advance to set up proper supervision. If these provisions are not met it will be considered trespassing, ‘+ Transporting your children to school will be acceptable provided that your children follow proper sign in and sign out procedures.
