sampled. Results are derived from the average Total Plate Count as shown in the tables above.
For example, the 10-1 and 10-2 dilution of the Countertop at the Western stall in FLAVOURS are
12 and 15 respectively, which is over the criterion of no more than 2 CFU per cm2. Thus, it has
been marked with a ‘F’, indicated in the table below.
