1. Click on the reset password link below.

2. It will take you to this page and please input your email address – not any
type of username.

3. The system generates a follow-up email as an additional step for security

purposes. Click the link in the message and set your desired password.

4. Enter your new password twice and notice the location of the 2nd entry.
The password must at least be of medium strength to be accepted.

5. You will receive an indication that your password has been reset and you
can now log in to begin your learning journey.
6. Once logged in, click on the “Your Account” page (see the red arrow). The
course enrollments will appear under “All My Courses.” Course
completions and certificates can be accessed further down.
 NOTE: “6.5 Points” is a platform setting that we are working to
change BUT it means 6.5 PD clock hours earned.
