Welcome to DOTin's Cognitive Insights Assessment.

The assessment is designed to

understand your core strengths using your color preferences and resume to be aligned to the
right opportunities.

The process starts with a simple registration process. Once you log in, a series of 60 pixelated
colored tiles will be presented to you. Simply choose the ones you like the most within sixty
seconds. Complete the assessment by uploading your resume.

Here are the actual steps to take:
1. Click the registration link

name, a valid email address, password and Interview Enrollment ID and click SUBMIT.
2. You would be logged in, read the instructions carefully and click "Select Images from
Gallery''.
3. Select the most visually appealing ten pixelated tiles out of the 60 in sixty seconds or less.
4. When asked to upload your resume, please upload your latest resume. Make sure your
resume is in a Word, PDF or Text format. Avoid using images, tables and columns in the
resume. Resume upload is a mandatory (*) field.
5. Your assessment is now complete. You will see your Individual Report.

Important Note:
In case due to internet disconnection, the assessment is not completed successfully. The user
can follow the below process.
- Open the registration link shared in the new Tab or Window.
- Click on "Already have an account?."
- Enter the same email address used during the registration process.
- Put password and Click on "Submit".
- Login using the registered email address and the password to continue with the
assessment.
