mode of payment.
 For refund calculation request date and policy issuing dates are important. The difference
of the dates decides refund type as given below:
o Full refund: If policy is not delivered via any source / Pre Incepted/ Pre Renewal.
o Freelook Cancellation: Policy Delivered via any source and requested within 15
days.
o Short Period Basis: Request after 15 days of delivery via any source.

inception but should be delivered via any source/post renewal after 6 months with
consent of customer.

 From GC other details of customer like policy number, premium etc are fetched in RAS.
 After ticket creation in RAS the standard rules like policy existance, checking for existing
claims on policy and refund calculations are done and fetched in RAS before COPS takes
the case in hand.
 In case of NEFT the penny drop test is done via PAYU to verify bank account details.
 After approval by COPS the payment files are made which are pushed to DEUTSCHE
BANK via server for payment.
 After payment done the DEUTSCHE BANK updates payment status as paid in RAS so
the message is sent to customer via CCM services to inform about initiated refund
