MobNano hereby grant authorization to Midnight Divas L to sell the product ASIN: B09XVHBDJL on
Amazon and related platforms, including but not limited to Amazon. This authorization covers all aspects
related to the sale and representation of ASIN: B09XVHBDJL including listing, pricing, fulfillment,
customer service, and marketing. Midnight Divas is authorized to act as a seller and representative for
MobNano for the specific product ASIN: B09XVHBDJL. This authorization is effective from 28/09/2023
and will remain in effect until terminated by either party with written notice or in accordance with the
terms and conditions specified in our formal agreement.

Midnight Divas shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to the sale of ASIN:
B09XVHBDJL MobNano may periodically request information or reports regarding the sales and
representation of ASIN: B09XVHBDJL Midnight Divas agrees to provide such information upon request.

We understand and acknowledge that Midnight Divas will conduct these activities in accordance with
MobNano's standards and in alignment with the applicable rules and policies of the platform.
