Way to relax (Breathing exercise)

Nowadays, There are many ways for people to relax, but sometimes people want to
have many choices, so I want to recommend to you one of my best ways to relax, which is
breathing exercises. Breathing exercises is the way you can decrease stress. The best way to
feel relaxed is to decrease or remove the stress, so I recommend you to do breathing exercises
to reduce stress. Breathing is a powerful tool to ease stress and make you feel relaxed. Doing
breathing exercises is not hard and has many positive advantages. These are the advantages of
breathing exercises. First, breathing exercises increase oxygen exchange, which helps your
body to slow the heartbeat, lower the blood pressure, and reduce the emotional stress. In fact,
breathing exercises increase our oxygen intake and calm our mind, which is highly effective in
reducing stress and making you feel relaxed. It also improves the quality of sleep by relaxing
our body and calming down our nervous system. It helps you to get rid of stress. Second,
breathing exercises can improve your concentration. When you are concentrating on your
breathing, you are able to bring yourself into the present, in a state of mindfulness. As I said,
breathing exercises can improve your concentration by counting the time you inhale and exhale.
It helps you to focus the mind and regulate your physical stress response. From my experience,
when I lose my concentration, I start to breathe slowly and deeply, so I can bring myself back
into the present. Third, breathing exercises do not require any additional equipment, so you do
not need to spend money to do breathing exercises. Sometimes people used to go to the gym,
have an expensive dinner or hang out to reduce their stress, but those activities require money.
Using money in those activities can increase stress, but breathing exercise is free. In my
opinion, people feel more comfortable when the activity is free and can reduce stress.
In addition, you can do breathing exercises whenever and wherever you want. It is free to do
breathing exercises and you are able to schedule your exercise time. In conclusion, breathing
exercise has many benefits for your health, does not require any equipment, improves your
concentration, and the most important reason is it reduces stress. You will feel relaxed when
you do not have any stress. In my opinion, breathing exercise is easy to do and full of benefits.
I want everyone to try doing breathing exercises to have good health and feel relaxed without
any stress.

Way to relax (Drawing)

Drawing is the best way to relax for me. Fist, drawing helps you portray your troubles,
your joyful, your anger and your sorrow. For example, when you fell in love with someone
who make you happy, you can express that feeling by drawing. Then, it will allows you to use
imagination and develops your creativity because drawing use right brain to imagine about new
things. Drawing also helps you concentrate and feel relaxed because drawing make you focus
for something and drawing reduce your stress.Finally, there are the reasons that drawing is the

Way to relax (Going outside with friends)

Going outside with friends is one of activity that reduces stress. First of all, going out
with friends is a good way for me to reduce stress. For example, going to a cafe with friends
for two hours can reduce your stress because friends will have an energy of happiness that can
make you forget bad things for a moment Then, friends are all happy for each other, When you
are stressed, you find ways to relax, such as playing board games together. Finally, even if you
don’t tell them that you have a problem in mind, they can see that problem and will make you
relax. Going out and talking to friends is relaxing. Don’t let yourself stress alone because they
can give you advice and be a good source of encouragement for you. When you are with them,
you will have laughter and happiness. In conclusion, friends are the key to solving problems
and making you feel relaxed.

Way to relax (Writing down your thoughts)

Write down your thoughts to reduce stress. For starters, writing about positive emotions
for twenty minutes a day improved people's mood. Even two minutes of writing per day may
help to reduce stress and anxiety, but some studies have looked into writing about negative
emotions. Getting things "off your chest" can help your mental health by allowing you to deal
with negative thoughts and feelings, and it appears to help your physical health as well.
Furthermore, we discovered that writing about happy occasions was effective. The benefit of
writing about positive emotions to relieve stress and anxiety is that you can do it whenever,
wherever, and at no cost.

The way to relax (Having a break)

The good way to relax is having a break. First, having a break in office can make people
feel better from work. When they feel better, they will more concentrate on their work than
before. Also, having a break in office is up to the time that we are working. For example, We
work 3 hours, so we have a break 30 minutes. While you are having a break, you can take a
nap or go to the toilet. Finally, having a break isn't only a short break,but it is also about a
vacation on holiday too. We can travel to reduce stress from work. We have to manage travel
by the time that we have because we will get too tired if we a lot travel . It will make you feel
more stress than relax. Having a break is a great way for people to relax but it is not the best
way because the way to relax depends on the person. For these reasons, having a break is a
great way to relax.

Yoga is the best way to relax. Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical
poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga has many benefit for you. First
of all, yoga may help you relax and reduce stress and anxiety. It can released your Endorphins
hormones. Also, yoga can lower blood pressure and improving sleep duration and quality.
When your blood flow and you get relaxing, you will sleep well overnight. Finally, yoga
teaches that controlling your breathing can help you control your body and quiet your mind. It
increasing overall feelings of emotional and physical well-being. In conclusion,Yoga is
generally considered safe for most healthy people when practiced under the guidance of a
trained instructor and almost anyone can do it.
