X-rays are a form of electromagnetic radiation, just like visible light, radio
waves, and microwaves. However, they have much higher energy and shorter
wavelengths than visible light.
It's important to note that the energy of X-rays makes them useful in various
applications, such as medical imaging, material analysis, and industrial
inspections. However, due to their high energy, X-rays can also be potentially
harmful to living organisms, which is why protective measures are taken
during X-ray procedures.
