2. 交货期为订金后 60 天。Delivery time is 60 days after deposit;
3. 以上报价不包含保险以及运费。The above quotation not includes transportation fees;
4. 如需要到甲方现场进行培训，甲方需支付乙方人员差旅并支付劳务费用。If training is required, the buyer shall be responsible for
personnel travel expenses and local board and lodging expenses;
5. 以上费用包含地面站操作软件，乙方将对甲方人员进行软件培训，时间 5-10 天，根据甲方人员学习进度调整。超过 10 天后，甲方需
支付乙方技术人员每人每天 100 美金（远程）。
The above costs include the ground station operating software. Party B will conduct software training for Party A’s personnel for 5-10 days,
adjusted according to the learning progress of Party A’s personnel. Party A shall pay Party B’s technicians 100 USD per day if more than 10
days.(Remotely)
6. 如甲方需乙方派遣技术人员到现场支持，则甲方需支付乙方技术人员每人每天 300 美元作为劳务派遣费用。此费用从乙方技术人员出
发之日起，到活动结束当日止。以上费用不含其他，如机票，签证，隔离，餐食，交通，住宿，当地交通费。乙方根据甲方标准，实
际支出并向甲方实报实销。
If Party A needs Party B send technical personnel to the site to support, Party A shall pay Party B’s technical personnel 300 USD per person
per day as a labor dispatch fee. This fee starts from the day when the technicians of Party B depart and ends on the day when the activity
complete.The above expenses do not include other expenses, such as flight tickets, visas, isolation fee, meals, transportation,
accommodation, and local transportation. Party B shall make actual expenditures and reimburse to Party A according to Party A's standards.
7. 保修说明：买方签收后 6 个月内，如有电池出现质量问题，买方可要求卖方更换或修理。买方签收后 12 个月内飞机主体（桨叶除外）
发生下列情况的（从 A 到 E 项），买方可要求卖方更换或修理。买方必须在执行过程中严格做好记录备份，并留存现场证据，以便于
追查和查找原因。故障发生后，买方应提供无人机飞行日志供卖方分析调查。如果没有向卖方提供足够的证据或不属于下列情况的一
部分或人为因素导致设备损坏，卖方不承担任何更换或维修责任。
A. 无人机编队起飞前，无人机无法进入正常起飞状态且找不到原因；
B. 无人机编队起飞前，无人机灯板不亮；
C. 无人机编队起飞后，灯光异常；
D. 无人机编队起飞后，无人机在空中位置偏差较大；
E. 无人机编队起飞后，主板烧毁。
Within 6 months after goods acceptance, if there is a quality problem with battery , the Supplier shall be responsible for repairing or
replacing. Within 12 months after goods acceptance, if any of the following situations (items A to E) occurring in the main body of the drone
(except propeller), the Supplier shall be responsible for repairing or replacing. The Purchaser must strictly make record backups during each
execution process and keep on-site evidence to facilitate tracing and finding the cause. After the failure, the Purchaser shall provide the
drone flight log for the Supplier's analysis and investigation. The Supplier shall not be responsible for any replacement or repair if damage to
the equipment is not provided to the Supplier with sufficient evidence or is not part of the following situations (items A to E) or is caused by
