ORDINANCE COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT

This is to certify that the undersigned is familiar with the Building Ordinances adopted and amended from time to time of
the Village of Calumet Park, Illinois. Said ordinances being – International Building Code –
2009, International Residential Code -2009, Chicago Electric Code - 2009, International Mechanical
Code - 2009, Illinois Plumbing Code - 2004, International Fire Code - 2009, International Energy Conservation Code -
2009, International Property Maintenance Code - 2009, International Fuel Gas Code – 2009, and the most recent Illinois
Accessibility Code (ADA requirements).

It is understood that approval of plans submitted to the Building Department for review is a conditional approval only and
construction shall be subject to compliance with Village of Calumet Park Building Ordinances.

It is further understood that, in the event of conflict between the approved plans and provisions of the ordinances, the
Ordinance shall be the final authority.
