11.Tribunal
a special court or group of people who are officially chosen, especially
by the government, to examine (legal) problems of a particular type: a
war crimes tribunal.
12. Divorce
A divorce is a formal ending of a marriage. It's more permanent than a
separation and involves a legal process. If you get a divorce, that
means the marriage is officially over.
13. Judicial Separation
Judicial separation, also known as a decree of separation or an order
for judicial separation, is a legal document signed by a judge in India
that declares the spouses to be separate and living apart.

Legitimate has several legal meanings. When it is used as an
adjective, it means lawful, or right. It can also be an antiquated term
for an individual of lawful parentage or lawful issue, meaning that they
weren't born out of wedlock.

Alimony is money that a court of law orders someone to pay regularly
to their former wife or husband after they have got divorced.

Pleading, in law, written presentation by a litigant in a lawsuit setting
forth the facts upon which he claims legal relief or challenges the
claims of his opponent. A pleading includes claims and counterclaims
but not the evidence by which the litigant intends to prove his case.
23. Litigation
Litigation is the process of fighting or defending a case in a civil court
of law. The settlement ends more than four years of litigation on behalf

The word derives from the Latin publicus, meaning “pertaining to the
people, state, or community.” 2) Under the authority of the government
or belonging and available to the people; not private. It may refer to an
entity, agency, or activity.

The status of one husband and one wife in a monogamous

Bigamy occurs when a person is married to two people at the same
time. Bigamy can be intentional, where one spouse marries a second
spouse knowing full well their initial marriage remains legally binding,
or it can be unintentional, the result of an attempted divorce that was
never legally finalized

Polygamy is the practice of having more than one spouse at the same
time. Polygamy as a crime originated in the common law, and it is now
outlawed in every state.

from one person or company to another.
