Re : Notice of Changes in PCF Custodianship and Account Closure

I am writing this memorandum to formally apprise all stakeholders of imminent changes regarding our
Petty Cash Fund (PCF) custodianship within the jurisdiction of Cebu City. These adjustments are as follows:

1. Closure of PCF Account under the Custodianship of Ms. Kay Mansueto Valued at ₱50,000:
We hereby announce the termination and closure of the PCF account managed by Ms. Kay Mansueto. The
account in question, with a balance of ₱50,000, will be liquidated, and the funds shall be deposited into
the following bank account:

Account Name: REDLAND PROPERTIES INC.

Account Number: 128000008970
Bank: CHINABANK

The closure process will be executed in compliance with all applicable legal regulations and guidelines.

2. Transfer of PCF Custodianship from Ms. Charlotte Lariosa to Ms. Kay Mansueto, Valued at ₱100,000:

Effective immediately, the custodianship of the PCF, previously overseen by Ms. Charlotte Lariosa, will be
transferred to Ms. Kay Mansueto. The PCF under Ms. Lariosa's stewardship, valued at ₱100,000, will now
be managed by Ms. Kay Mansueto.

These actions have been taken in accordance with established legal protocols and internal policies to
ensure compliance and transparency in our financial operations.

We kindly request all concerned parties to take note of these changes and direct any inquiries or concerns
to the appropriate department for further clarification.
