Dear ASSIGNOR,

This is a notification on the status of the start of the process of recovery of numismatic and
historical gold-backed assets from the Sovereigns.

The Global Recovery Group would like to thank you for your patience, co-operation and
trust. We all know how hard the last few weeks have been in the face of the numerous
rumours, which we would like to reiterate are in no way real and therefore not official.

In the last few days, there have been significant changes in the processes that are taking
place in order to start this whole process and therefore we want to update you officially of
these movements.

The main significant change is that the process will definitely start with the QFS and not the
Fiat system, so all assets that are recovered will be paid out in gold backed currency.

There are many current global events happening publicly, which are related to the transition
of the financial system to digital. As you know, the QFS (Quantum Financial System) is a
digital currency backed by gold.

All the many technical problems that have been related to the implementation of the QFS
payment system among all the banks in the world have been working very hard to solve
them quickly and efficiently.

We can now confirm that the Asset Recovery process has officially been initiated by the
Global Recovery Group.

The next steps that will take place in the coming days and weeks will be as follows.
Currently all funds are being uploaded into the QFS accounts to the banks, next week the
Paymasters will receive the unlock codes for the funds in order to be able to start operating
and transfer to any holder.

Once the Paymasters have this authorisation, they will initiate the process of contacting the
Originators, to start checking documentation and initiating the DUE DILIGENCE process,

they will also explain to them how the QFS process works, the implications and the
requirements.

They will formalise the service agreement with the Paymaster once the DUE DILIGENCE is
satisfactory and the Paymaster will be able to distribute the funds from the 1% Addendum
on the Assignment contract.

We are making every effort to expedite your transaction and expect to receive the payment
schedule shortly. We have confirmation that the funds are already loaded into the banks'
QFS accounts and the Paymasters are only awaiting the release code for the funds to be
distributed as soon as possible once the release code is received.

Your personal information and asset specifications are already officially registered with the
Pay Desk, so please note that re-registering assets will result in the blocking of your serial
numbers and codes, and you will lose your position in the payment queue and the possibility
to participate in the payment process.

Please be patient and remain confident that the process is nearing completion. We will
